Even as a dumpster rental company, you might be shocked to learn that we go to great lengths to be ecologically friendly. We are dedicated to sustainability, as well as observing and adhering to environmental regulations and best practices. How are we going to accomplish this?
For starters, we abide by all applicable waste and junk legislation. As you might expect, each city and state has its own set of regulations limiting what we can place in landfills and how we can do so with the least amount of environmental effect. While other businesses may scrimp on this, we don't. We stay current by adhering to all guidelines and best practices.
In terms of practicality, this could involve updating our list of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) that we can't put in dumpsters. It could also require filling out extra documentation for specific things. Regardless, we take care of the legwork and make the dumpster rental process as straightforward as possible. This allows you to concentrate on your project while also feeling good about your environmental effect.
We also try to minimize, reuse, repurpose, and recycle whenever possible. We will attempt to recycle recyclable materials (particularly metals) rather than dumping them in landfills in some circumstances. We've also been able to repurpose bulk cardboard and some scrap wood, allowing us to put fewer items in the trash. We also try to recycle rubber (tires) whenever possible rather than discarding it. While they are minor actions, they keep us on track and enable us to do our part.
